FAQ

  • How should I wash my Tutti Frutti items?
All the items are freshly washed before it's loved by you! I recommend washing as little as possible. Hang your item outside to refresh or if really necessary you can use the washing machine using a wool or delicate program on cool water. Let it dry on its own. Its' very important not to dry clean or iron your item!
  • Are the items waterproof?
Yes they are, the paint is specially made for textile items so it can withstand water. This way you can also shine in rainy weather.
  • What are the shipping costs?
We ship every package with Bpost (Belgian Post Group). Therefore, depending on where you come from, the shipping costs will be different. The shipping cost is not included in the price of the item. You'll receive a track and trace code after the purchase of your item.
  • Is Tutti Frutti sustainable?
Good question! Because there is already enough fast fashion, I choose to work with pre- loved items. I'm very selective to make sure every item is in good condition. So every Tutti Frutti item is unique.
  • What is the return policy?
All items are non- refundable. Because every item is hand painted there is a lot of work and love in each and everyone of them. I try my best to make sure you have an exact idea of how the item looks like before you purchase it.
  • What is the sizing of Tutti Frutti?
All the coats are vintage! I buy both male and female jackets because I want to make it for as wide an audience as possible. I myself am usually a size S but in coats I like to have an extra oversized look. This too will always be described as clearly as possible with every item.
  • Will there be new items every week?
Unfortunately not, Since Tutti Frutti does upcycling of clothing, the selection varies. Depending on how many pieces I find that fit the brand and meet the quality standards, I can start painting. As a result, therefore it's not possible to quantify the offer.
