We ship every package with Bpost (Belgian Post Group). Therefore, depending on where you come from, the shipping costs will be different. The shipping cost is not included in the price of the item. You'll receive a track and trace code after the purchase of your items.

Returns

All items are non- refundable. Because every item is hand painted there is a lot of work and love in each and everyone of them. I try my best to make sure you have an exact idea of how the item looks like before you purchase it.
